During the March Break, a contingent of TTS members, led by the then
TTS President Ray Neilson toured the
shops at Hillcrest Complex to witness the TTC Bus Rebuild Program.
The tour included a short presentation and
Q&A before proceeding on a walkthrough tour of Harvey and Duncan
shops. Sights along the way were several
buses in various stages of rebuilding, as well as streetcars. A highlight
of the tour included viewing Peter Witt
trolley #2766 as it sat in the lower section of the former Davenport
